Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 3-5 days to process your order. Expect an email within 3-5 days after you order to let you know your order is on the way!

SHIPPING TIME: 5-7 Business Days (after processing time)

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All items in this shop are made to order and are either handmade or printed on demand. Due to this we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

If you receive a defective item, and if the item is unused and in its original condition, please contact us at yologirlcreative@gmail.com with photos and details of the product and the defect. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution

Upon receipt of this information, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within 5 business days.  If the item has been deemed defective from the vendor, we will respond by email to let you know that you will be entitled to a refund or a replacement of the defective item. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

If you ordered the wrong size of a garment that is not eligible for a refund, return or exchange.
